Unveiling the recipe for Kompot patented by my grandad and recipes for traditional Polish dishes of Rosol and Bigos by my grandmom.

I’m beyond grateful to be spending time and learning from those wise and kind people! Reflecting upon it, I really believe we as a society at large need to take care and cherish more the cultural practices of our close ones to bring them back to the future 💿

That also makes me question: what are new sustainable ways of reinvigorating forgotten knowledge? How to blend practices of the past with multicultural and diverse societies we strive to embrace in the future? And how to make it a daily and rewarding practice worth cultivating?🌠
